Pamper Pod Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Pamper Pod, I want your experience to feel relaxed, effortless and enjoyable from the moment you book—right through to the moment you float out the door.
To make that possible, I reserve your appointment time just for you, and I do my best to honour any changes you need.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know as early as possible so another client can enjoy that magical time in your place.
By booking online, by phone, or in person, you agree to the terms below. If these terms don’t sit right with you, please do not proceed with your booking.
GENERAL BOOKING POLICY
Your Appointment Time
When you book with Pamper Pod, that time becomes your sanctuary—held exclusively for you. Please give your appointment priority in your calendar so we can make the most of your treatment and your results.
Changing or Cancelling
Life gets busy—totally understood!
If plans change, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
You will receive a reminder text 48 hours beforehand, but as technology sometimes fails, remembering your appointment is still your responsibility – so set other reminders.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee, as it’s often too late to offer your space to someone else who needs it.
Running Late
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
The full original service fee still applies.
No-Shows
If you don’t arrive the full treatment cost will be invoiced.
This must be settled before any future bookings can be made.
Because Life Happens
Illness, kids, traffic dramas, unexpected chaos—we’ve all been there.
Every client receives one grace appointment per calendar year where late cancellations or no-shows will not incur a charge.
DECEMBER BOOKING POLICY
December tends to be super busy, appointments are in high demand and any cancellations/changes really add to the chaos.
Securing Your Booking
All December appointments require full prepayment.
An invoice will be sent in November.
Payment by the due date locks your appointment in place.
Cancellation Notice

Within 72 hours: 50% credit goes to your Pamper Pod account

Changing Services
Any service changes within 72 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full original appointment cost, as that time is set aside just for you.
A Friendly Nudge
Please pop your appointment into your diary, set reminders, and give yourself plenty of time to arrive to really embrace the calm – this is your moment, your treat, your exhale. Plan to make the most of it.
