Gift Vouchers are available and can be purchased using the ‘Gift Vouchers’ tab in the menu above. A digital voucher will be sent to either yourself to print off or forward directly to the recipient. Alternatively you can opt for direct email delivery to the recipient. If you’d prefer a printed physical voucher to be collected or sent by post directly from Pamper Pod (allow 5 days for delivery to ensure it arrives in good time), please contact me via phone or email to make your purchase.

Booking Policy: 

Your time is booked exclusively for you, please make a note of your booking and make it a priority.    

Sometimes ‘life’ happens, so if you need to change your scheduled booking in ANY way (date, time, booked treatments), as much notice as possible is appreciated. 

As a small business I am unable to absorb the costs of changes made under 24 hours. If you fail to give 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment you will be invoiced a 50% fee of the service booked. Cancellations on the day of your appointment, or failure to show will incur a 100% fee of the service booked. 

 Pamper Pod’s cancellation policy is also applicable to clients redeeming gift vouchers – if less than 48 hours notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling 50% of your voucher value will be forfeited. No shows will void the vouchers validity.

 As a courtesy, a reminder text will automatically sent to you by text 48 hours prior to your booking. Unfortunately, sometimes technology fails and this is not received – so it is your responsibility to ensure you have a note of when your appointment is. Failure to arrive for your appointment will incur a no-show fee for 100% of your booked appointment value.

December bookings:

  • Pre-payment is required to secure all appointments scheduled for December. This is non-refundable, but with more than 48 hours’ notice will defer to a credit which will remain on your account to be used on products or future services.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value – with 50% of the prepayment being converted to a credit.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours, “No-Shows” or last-minute changes to the scheduled booking will forfeit 100% of the prepaid amount.
  • *****To avoid these charges, you can opt to send someone to your appointment in your place to receive the booked treatment. *****
